Enhanced Billing Services Told me someone in my household signed up for this service, all a lie. Internet
I received a charge of $12.95 for Voicemail from Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. service provider is Voicemail Solutions, and my phone provider is AT&T and no one in my household requested this service. I am the primary holder of this phone service and I did not authorized any changes to my phone service. When I spoke to Enhanced Services Billing they told me that someone in my household with my son's name requested this service, which is a lie.
I called AT&T and told them about this and they cannot give an explanation as to how they can bill for services without permission from the primary account holder, there are security questions they ask before they even access you account. After searching for this company I can across others who have been ripped off by this company. Something must be done to stop this madness, from Identity theft, to personal home services being billed to people who cannot afford any more money to come out of their pockets.
No one can explain how this happened, the company gave me a website to go to which is : www.myvoicemailprize.com, which does not exist. They even said that an email confirmation was sent to my son's email account with the 800 number to use for voice mail messaging. He does not need voicemail at home he has voicemail on his cell phone and we have an answering machine at home. These companies need to be put out of business, hopefully if enough of us complain something will be done.
