Enhanced Services Billing, ESBI 913 Email Discounts, 14.95 per month billed twice on local phone bill Internet
Never signed up for any sevices and they didn't even have my name. But they could put $31.69 on local phone bill for 2 months of service. Local phone company reversed charges and said to call and cancel future billing. 100% scam. Send bill in with only phone charges and show them that you are paying phone bill just not the unwanted services charges.
