I received an additional bill on my ATT bill this month that I have never seen before. I have obviously never attained any services from this company (Enhanced Services Billing Inc) before. I haven't done anything differently this month than any other previous months.
I have the basic Lifeline service for my home phone, I don't have any cell phone and I only use my internet for XBOX Live which I've never made any purchases on due to I have no credit cards and I don't believe in using them. Due to having Lifeline I don't even have long distance. To the point I don't purchase anything unless it's in cash in front of me. I googled Enhanced Billing services Inc and I found rip off reports regarding them (EBSI) which concerns me.

Am I part of a ripoff?
