I received my Verizon bill and noticed it was $25.90 higher this month. I read this miscellaneous charge from ESBI-"Emergency mthfee Vmail". Their 1-888-296-3724 is disconnected.

I am furious - I never ordered this & want it removed, I'm not paying this!
