They charged me for months now for a voicemail I never ordered they don't even have my name on the bill they have my sister's name who doesn't live here and was in the hospital the time they say it was ordered and my mom's name who was in another city up until July. The service was ordered in June. They say they are removing the fee but never do on my AT&T phone bill. They said it was refunded and it will take 2 to 3 bills before it can be credited but I just do not believe this and then when I try to call the back they try to put me on hold for a long time thinking I will hang up and not call back. They hung up on me when I told them again that mom and sister do not live at my house and did not order the service. This is sad I have called AT&T every month that this has shown up about this charge and they keep telling me call ESBI. I tell them I have call and still never the fee removed from my bill. This is really beginning to piss me off.
