Enhanced Services Billing me for charges and/or services I don't have or use Internet
For the second month in a row, I have been billed $12.95 plus tax for Voicemail Id Pro. I do not know what these services. Furthermore, I do not even know what they are. I hope this information is forwarded to the Better Business Bureau and this company stops ripping people off. I should not have to e-mail this company every month to have charges removed, I do not want this to affect my credit report.
