I had a charge of $16.45 on my home telephone bill that had gone unnoticed for over a year. I had several different charges such as internet, long distance and different feature charges so that charge didn't really stand out until I decided to cut down on some of the features on my telephone. I called the telephone company to discuss my bill and asked what was the Enhanced Services Billing Inc charge and was told that I needed to call the telephone number on my bill because they couldn't even see the number on their screen.
I was told by the employee of the company that my husband had signed up for the service, December, 2005 to receive $1,000 in groceries and discounts on merchandise. I knew my husband didn't sign up for their company discounts because he's does not respond to any emails asociated with getting a bargain off anything. He does not do coupons.

I requested that the company refund all my money because neither one of us had ever used their services or knew anything about their company. I was told that they could only give me credit for 10 months of them taking my money. I am not going to just settle with that because they illegally took my money and I want all my money back.
