I JUST NOTICED AROUND APRIL THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY FOR $12.95 A MONTH I WAS TOLD THAT I WENT TO A CERTAIN WEBSITE AND AGREED TO THIS ACCOUNT AND I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THROUGH MY EMAIL. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON MY BILL AND LEFT A MESSAGE (I CALLED AFTER HOURS TWICE) I CALLED A COUPLE DAYS LATER I WAS TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. A SARAH CALLED ME BACK THE SAME DAY AND EXPLAINED THE SERVICE AND I JUST WANTED IT CANCELLED SHE DTATED THAT SHE WOULD REFUND BACK THREE MONTHS TO ME. I GUESS WE WILL SEE. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT I'M JUST NOT INTERESTED IN THE SERVICE THAT IS BEING OFFERED.
