Enhanced Services Billing Unauthorized charges on my AT&T phone bill Menlo Park California
I constantly find unauthorized charges on my AT&T phone bill. This latest one is from Enhanced Services Billing Inc 888 298-3724. AT&T customer service say they cannot prevent third party companies from adding charges to my phone bill.
It seems so strange to me that after all these years AT&T still allows this to happen to their customers. I'd love to move all my phone business to Vonage. I'd also like to join a class action suit against AT&T.
Ultimately, of course, it would be simple for AT&T to put a stop third party billing on their phone bills but they seem unwilling to do that?
