I'm not the only person who uses this computer so it not hard for my daughter to be spammed if you don't no what to watch for. This makes the 2nd time that my daughter has been done this way on my pc and I'm sick of having to go about getting my money back.
For services I don't use are did'nt sign up for so please tell me how I can stop this problem from occuring again. It's seem that this happen every 6mths are so also.
