I had called on September 16, 2008 at 2:50pm and spoke with Carol regarding the Paid Surveys.com voice mail service I never used. I was told that I would be getting a ninety day credit (confirmation number 5474584) for $39.66 plus applicable taxes. The credit would be shown on my statements for one to two billing cycles. During this conversation I also cancelled the service since I never used it.

I was still being charged for the service after I had called to cancel it. I also sent a follow up e-mail through the OAN company website after my telephone call to confirm cancellation. I therefore want the October 2008 and November 2008 charges credited to my telephone account since Enhanced Voice Mail, Inc. was duly notified both verbally and in written communications that the service was cancelled.

A digital copy of this letter is being sent to the Federal Communications Commission and to the State of Connecticut Attorney General's Office.
