enjazit.com.sa website not user friendly Internet
The Saudi embassy insists that Enjazit.com.sa must be used to pay for visas, but it does not give directions when there is a problem, there is no phone number, and the "complaints" e-address leads to a single page that is not for complaints. You will spend hours wandering around to no avail online. I could not upload my photo even though it met the requirements for size (between 3Kb and 18Kb). Mine was 17Kb. It also askes for a certain pixel resolution, but I do not know how to deal with this technical glitch.
A cottage industry has grown up around filling out this form. The Saudi consulate gave me a list of 13 visa services in Houston that will do this. Of course there is a fee.
Why don't they fix this?
