Enjoyprepaid.com - Nobel Inc deceptive prepaid phone card service with bad connection and no refund Internet
I purchased a $20 (the minimum amount) phone card from enjoyprepaid.com to call U.S. from oversea. I did not get a chance to use while on vacation. Once back, I tried a couple time to call Singapore and London, the connections were very bad. The conversations were broken and got disconnected a couple times. I tried different access number and had same result. I called the customer service number to get refund and was told was not refundable. The Q&A section doesn't mention anything about refund. I was told it was in the agreement. Don't ever purchase a phone card from Nobel Inc.
