Complaint Review: ENL Global Inc.

ENL Global, Inc. owned and operated by Nick Lin (a/k/a Tsu-Wei Lin) and Anne Leonardo steals money from their customers. ENL Global, Inc. is a trucking company that gets paid to move freight and cargo. ENL Global, Inc. does not own one truck they subcontract all freight and cargo loads to independent sub contractors. Once ENL Global, Inc. gets paid they do not pay the subcontractors. This is their business model and they have done this over 300 times. Not one subcontractor has been paid in over 24 months. This is fraud and deceptive trade practices. We have filed State and Federal Complaints against ENL Global, Inc. , Mr. Nick Lin and Anne Leonardo. (FYI: Anne Leonardo is also the accountant and mistress of Nick Lin). Since there have been so many customers burned by ENL Global, Inc. and the heat is on, they are currently in the process of filing bankruptcy or changing their name so that they can start defrauding customers all over again with a clean slate.

Stay away from this company. I saw a negative posting about this company online about ENL Global, Inc. but Mr. Lin assured me that it was just a jealous competitor who posted the negative review. That was a lie. I ended up doing business with ENL Global, Inc. and they burned me.

Please contact the Los Angeles District Attorney's office as they have an open criminal investigation against ENL Global, Inc., Mr. Nick Lin and Anne Leonardo. This has to stop these criminals need to be behiind bars.
