Enlightened Expressions horrible customer service called a liar and lied to! wilmington, North Carolina
Horrible service by an affiliated store that you use through
sears.com! I want to let sears know that if this not resolved I will
never be using sears for any of my future purchases. I trusted that
sears.com valued there customers and did not worry about purchasing
trough the website to a third party!! wrong choice. this company is
extra difficult to deal with. Enlightened Expressions. I'm sure you
might of heard about this name because they are rated F on the BBB and
have complaints just like mine! I purchased the bracelet through sears
on my sears card! The item broke the day I received it.. I tried to
take it back to the store and could not. I was unaware of the 3 party
issue! Also, Sear's employes had no knowledge about even where to send
me to get information to send it back. After searching a week later I
tried to then contact them with no response. Then telling me there was
no way they would take the item back, they said they would pay for the
repairs! I got the item repaired and sent them the receipt. Now they are
telling me that what I paid to get it fixed is not what I should've
paid! Basically calling your customer a liar! They have been extremely
hard to deal with(a different person every time through email and by
phone). I sent the item to be fix by a very reputable jeweler and sent them the receipt. They said I was taking advantage of them and lying to them even though I sent them the receipt.
This is totally unacceptable for a great company like sears to be selling
under their name! I hope someone from within sears top people will
contact me. To tell me why a company that is trusted is dealing with
these companies that have no respect for their customers!
To be able to use SEARS credit to purchase from these awful stores.
I was purchasing this bracelet in memory of my mother that died from
breast cancer! Not only the $300.00 I paid for it, it is junk that broke
the day I got it. Awful and most of all heartbreaking that this is
happening! I hope you will refund the money.

I couldn't wear this bracelet because it broke the day after I got It. So it WAS NOT worn for six months!!!!! I TRIED to return the bracelet within the 30day return but everytime I called your company your employees said they could not find my order... In no way trying to take advantage of anyone. This bracelet broke, tried to return it and could not. You said you would pay to get it fixed which was $35. Which I still have not seen. obviously ordered the item from sears.com so I had proof of the order.
Employees kept saying they could not find it until after the 30 day return policy. Right..... I was rudely talked to and basically called a liar bc it couldn't of cost more than $20 to fix....ummm sorry sir thats what it cost to fix it so thats what you should pay. On top of a company making well over a 100% profit. On a crap bracelet trying to make tons of money on a breast cancer bracelet to remember loved ones. I was told by the company that this bracelet cost them $114. Awesome that I paid $281 for this piece of crap. Totally ridiculous.

Unfortunately your report misstates and leaves out key facts. You have stated that our rating with the Better Business Bureau is "F" this is not true and representative of your willingness to bend the truth. In fact, we have an "A" rating with BBB? Where I was raised, this is called a "lie." You also fail to mention that you purchased this item in February and have worn it for 6 months. I'm not aware of many stores of any size that will do as you have asked after 6 months of wear and tear. We have a generous no questions asked 30 day return policy. If we make a mistake we even pay for the return shipping and provide compensation for our error.
