Do not deal with EJ Frank (he also goes by Enoch Frank). He is the biggest lier and a scam artist and a major crook. Do not buy any real estate deals from him. He claims that he will find you properties that are bank owned, foreclosures, that have hundreds of thousands of equity. He makes claims that he is heavly networked at Indianapolis, and that he will find you these real estate deals that no one has access to. These are all lies.
As matter of fact, he finds properties off of MLS, and claims that those properties are bank owend, and he charges you 2.5% of the purchase price. And he is not even a realtor. He steals people's money without offering any value. He will especially target out of town investors, and will ask for Power of Attorney on your behalf. He will also ask for referrals to target your friends. Do not do it. It will be the worst decision you will make in your life. He will use you, your money, your resources, your friends, your time, etc.
This guy also sells cell phone services, and has a company named wirelessworld, and is married to Jeanie Frank. He also claims that him and his wife have a property management company.
Do not do any business with this guy. He is a horrible human being who only cares about his pocket book; everything that comes out of his mouth are lies. He also states that he is a "multi-millionaire." Do not believe anything he says. He is a fraud! If you do business with him, I guarantee you that he will take advantage of you, and rip you off.

You were conned by someone who flunked at least two grades in school and was dumber than a box of rocks?! Smooth talker, yes. "Con Artist"...sorry, don't inflate his ego any further by putting him in that category. If you would have done your homework, you wouldn't have been "scammed". Salespeople are supposed to give you a deal that you just can't say no to.

Enoch Frank will also claim that he is a police officer at Indianapolis, IN. I highly doubt if this is true, but if it is, he is one CORRUPT cop who needs to be fired for sure. He is a big thief, swindler and a big slime ball, who has no conscience and morals what so ever. I've never met someone who was as good at lying as this guy. Don't beleive a thing he tells you, b/c everything single thing that comes out of his mouth are LIES. He will steal other people's money at no cost. He will tell you anything to make money off of you.
