Enochian.org Awful Workmenship! No Customer Care! Vancouver Canada Internet
I have actually bought from this seller before and the puchase went fine. Recently i ask for Athena Wallinder to make my wedding rings. She promised great workmenship acts like she has been in the business of making jewlery for years.
But what i recived looked a lot like it fell out of a Gum Ball machine.When i ask for them to be repaired she laughed and refused a refund. So, I went through the dispute process for 2 months however they could not help me because it was a custom job(words of paypal).Then i opened one with my credit card company and that was another 2 months. They could not help me either becuase she never wrote me an email saying she would refund it. All of this after i had a expert jewler write a letterhead explaining the poor workmenship and had it turned into the case, like they asked.
Still im out $700. Do Not Trust this company for any item. She is also affiliated with Temple of solomon and Grouse Mountain. They are both internet businesses as well. Please be careful!!
