Kenneth Enrico and/or Enrico Corporation, which in my case sent out mail with return address in Ronkokoma, Ny, is a liar. He says he can fund the purchase of a new home, which is why I was involved with him as the real estate agent representing a young single mother who came to him for her mortgage. NOt only does he lie, but he is a coward as he will not speak with anyone involved with the transaction especially someone who can challenge him effectively regarding his credentials and practices. His cronie, Gaylin Ware, of Total Choice Corporation is also in cahoots with him and also will string the client along with lie after lie about how the deal will close within 120 days from loan application. Unfortunately he and Mr. Enrico callously caused many people involved in our transaction to have their dreams fall apart, yet he continually lied to us about the progress of the loan and the status of the closing.
I challenge either Mr. Ware or Mr. Enrico, who by the way does not even have an office on 4949 Expressway Dr North, Suite D, in Ronkonkoma, NY, to reply to this accusation. I can assure you that neither has the courage or the straightforwardness to do so. These are real con men.
Give them no money, don't waste your time with them. You will only end up like my client--sorry.

Yep!!! I am a realtor in Texas. Same thing here! We have a client they did the same thing. Their person.at SCS Funding was Scott Milborne and Linda Kirkland. We talked to Scott Oneil and he could not find his butt with both hands. PLEASE CALL THE GEORGIA FBI AND REPORT IT!!! The more people to call in and file a complaint the better. Also, call the local police department. These companies have an order to cease and desist by the Georgia Department of Finance. My clients are sitting in a hotel will 2 kids. Help me shut these people down!!!

I am a real estate broker & this company has defrauded my client - a single mother of three - out of more than $9,000 - the initial $2500 plus some other outlandish fees they collected upfront without my knowledge. Do not use them!!! They gave an approval and then proceeded to ask for extension after extension until the seller (a bank selling an REO) finally stated they had enough after over two months of extensions when we had funding authorization well before the 1st extension request. Some strategies they used for requesting extensions included: needing more time to batch loans together to sell on the secondary market in bulk, investor's review of loans is taking more time than expected, etc... Enrico Corp (Kenneth Enrico), SCS Funding (Scott O'Neil) and Ellis Funding Group (Tracey Ellis) are all part of this. Buyer beware - it is all a SCAM!

How can we all get together to bring these people to justice????? They cannot be allowed to continue with thier deceipt and theft. I have owned my own company before and if I ever took anyones money and did not deliver as promised I would be arrested. Why cant this happen to them??? I have contacted the GA FBI as well as the Federal Trade Comission. I urge everyone that has fallen victim of this scam to do the same!!

Hi. I am a realtor. I have a client who just used SCS Private Funding and it is a huge scam. Please Please Please call the Georgie FBI and file a report. It will not take but 2 minutes to file it. I have gathered numerous people to call in so we can stop this and hopefully recover some of your money. They are taking advantage of innocent people and causing people to literally be homeless. Please call Georgia FBI at 404 679 9000. Along with this company, Gaylin Ware with Total Corporation, and Enrico Corpration are involved. People are using different alias and Linda Kirkland, Scott O'Neil and Scott Milbourne all know this is a scam and they are going to jail. I am following this through to the end. I refuse to see these people hurt.

Along with Kenneth Enrico and Gaylin Ware, also avoid like the plague SCS Private Funding, which is owned by Art Geiss from Georgia and Scott ONeil from South Carolina. They are smooth talkers and will string you along for months, claiming your loan will close and it never does. We strongly doubt they have ever closed a loan. And since they funnel all their loans through the Enrico Corporation mentioned above, good luck getting a refund.
We have tried for almost 2 months and Mr. Geiss and Mr. ONeil have used a combination of endless excuses and outright ignoring us.
