JMD Superior Services and Enrico Crespo are as phony as a two dollar bill. The web site www.jmdsservices.com is just stock photos used for deceit. There are no employees, not even a bank account and no resources.
i was lured in by false pretenses promised a master bathroom rehab in three weeks for $26,000. I paid $13,000 and got virtually nothing done by Crespo or his so called company.. I had to contract other reputable contractors to complete the work.
This guy knows it's not worth going thru the legal system and takes your money and disappears. The company is registered under non-existant name and addresses. Florida is notorious for fly by night contractors and this is definitely one of them. If you come across this guy or this company, turn around and run as fast as you can.
