Complaint Review: Enrique Arguello

When answering to an add regarding mortgage modification I came accross All-Estate Realty who offered assitance in loan modification. It seems so simple and easy I was told all was being worked out with my Lender and that they had experiance in working for my interest. Bull I lost my home because it was just a big fat scam. All-Estate Realty never came thrugh even after 8 months of working so call paper work and taking three month of mortgage payment made to them on a so call negotiation strategie with my Lender, things went totaly wrong. After a few month I received a letter with notice that my home was being sold. when I called All-Estate Realty they stated they were still working on it. Yeah right, well now I can tell you do NOT sign or do anything with these low live loosers, they are just in for the money and they will not help you with your modification or anything for that matter. They are a ripoff scamm artist. They also go by other company names which are realy easy to find on the internet. I hope others take care and do not trust companies like this. Do your investigation and thanks so much for websites like these that we consumers can alert others of acams and low lifes.CJ
