So, I go to this Fair In Tyler, Tx..for the first time last year and came across this spraypaint man. I had purchased art pieces from other spraypaint artists but this guy takes the cake! I decided to purchase a few art pieces for my collection. The next day they all cracked.
All I wanted was my paintings replaced or my money back , so I called the # on the card given to me by some lady/employee at his booth. A gentlemen answered and as I tried to explain what happened he replied with " No, Can help" and i was hung up on. I called right back and a female answered.. with broken English it was my understanding that MR. Morales was out of town. As far as I know it was Mr.Morales that i had just spoken with just moments before and another hangup from her. i have emailed and called several times from several #s and just get hungup on.
BUYERS beWARE of this ENRIQUE MORALES.. I have never come across any spraypaint artist that was not willing to backup with own work until now.
