Complaint Review: Enterprise Car Rental

Where to go to get scammed on damages that are not just exaggerated but fabricated ?   Your local friendly Enterprise.

My credit card rental insurance took care of this, but I couldn't help but laugh at the "documentation".   The photo of an original just over 2 inch curb scrape on the lowermost flexible plastic front fender was doctored by sharply increasing the contrast on the camera used by the local friendly manager.   There was a very distinct bias to the local manager's verbiage.  Enterprise needs to clean up its employee force.

On the other hand, it just might be that Enterprise's business model is to scam you from the minute you step in the door.  Avoid Enterprise like the plague...
