Enterprise Enterprise Rent-a-Car Downsized with no change in cost, lost our pick-up location, didn't call back as promised Sedona Arizona

1) We booked an intermediate car more than a month in advance.  Upon our 1-29-14 pick-up Amanda said "We have a Ford Fiesta for you".  I filled out the contract info (unmodified), she showed us a couple of basic things about the car, we squeezed our luggage in and left.  Then we started thinking:  we orderd and paid for an intermediate - we got a teeny with an unmodified price and credit card hold of $408.  We returned to find our intermediate had been pulled due to expired plates (this was late January 2014 - the plates expired in August of 2013).  They adjusted the contract cost after we drove away. So, A) the plates on the car delivered to Sedona should have been rectified long ago; B) Our rate should have been recognized and changed before we signed and left.  C) I've left several requests for follow-up information with whatever customer service agent at the corporate level I could find.   D) their AVR phone has routed me to the nearest service location every time I requested follow-up after a rental or billing question, option 3; The local location couldn't help with directing me to a corporate customer service person.

2) We had problems with drop-off in Gallup, NM - see separate complaint (they couldn't find the car and the Sedona group left us a voice mail nasty-gram which we found a couple of hours later aboard our Amtrak leg.

3)  The only call back we've received to date was a message left by the Sedona group saying our billing is correct
