Signed for service in 2001 for about 6 months. Cancelled service after a short time, be cause whenever you went online, you were bumped off. So, after a short while, I called them, spoke with Howard or Harold, told him what was happening and asked to be cancelled. He said it would take a couple of days. That was fine. Never thought anymore about it. Well, it is September 2004, and I was checking my bank statement and found a charge for $25.00 from Enterprise, at 248-651-5300. Placed a call to the number, spoke with Amber, was informed that I was an active member and had been since 2001. I explained to her the circumstances, and she suggested that I call and speak to Howard or Harold about a refund. He told me that Amber handled refund matters and should talk to her. Called back and spoke to Amber again, she said she was not authorized to give as large a refund as I would be subject to (36 months at $25.00 a month) I told her I would be happy just to get what they had been get from me for the past 12 months, she still couldn't give me a refund, told me to call Howard or Harold that he was the owner of the company and he would have to authorize the refund. Spoke with him, he said "You'll have to take us to court to get that kind of money." What kind of an attitude is that. He is wrong. He knows it. When I had the service in 2001, I paid my monthly fee at the office in Romeo by check or debit card. They never took my card number out of the system and continued to get the $25.00 a month. When he said he would cancell the service back in 2001, I had no reason to doubt that he would. Well, now, I am a doubting Thomas. I check every thing twice. Watch my bank statements very carefully. Almost too late. But maybe it will help others.
