I am first copying my comments from my Yelp entry:
http://www.yelp.com/biz/enterprise-leasing-and-rent-a-car-hollywood-2#hrid:KVwFA8-U9kSkcSb1vCMg_w/src:self

"I rented a replacement car from here, supposed to be paid all by the insurance company.

In the meantime, my own car was being fixed (by Maroone Honda -- Holywood; see my other review for that story). Supposed to take at most one week, but took almost one month due to delays.

When I first rented the car, they talked with the insurance company (Infinity). Infinity notified Enterprise how much they would pay for the car per day ($19.45), which I was not mentioned.

I preferred to rent a small car. Enterprise recommended that Infinity can match with an SUV for replacement. I did not like the idea, but ended up in an Altima ($27).

After I returned the car in about four weeks, they came up with an extra charge of ~$270 for me, in addition to what is being paid by Infinity. About an extra $8 per day,  plus one day extra which Infinity did not pay.

They declined knowing that they know Infinity would pay $19.45 per day from the first day (they backed up and accepted this after I asked Infinity to call them). And claimed that I was the one who wanted to drive a bigger size car.

They were also almost tricking me to buy the extra insurance which Infinity does not pay for. It would end up costing me over an additional $500 due to delays in my car repair.

Do not rent a car from here, go to Budget or Thrifty (Google some coupons first)."

After this entry, I have been trying to settle this with them. They currently charged me $200. What I am asking is not to pay anything other than the last day the insurance did not cover.

They promised to call me back three times, but never called back.

They misinformed or lied to me multiple times; 1) that they did not know Infinity would pay only $19.45 per day (backed up after talking to them), 2) that I asked for the bigger car SUV (I asked for the smallest car possible, and they suggested Infinity would pay for an SUV), 3) they would call me back. If nothing else, I am terribly offended with their work ethic.
