My Move with this company was a few years ago and the minute I saw another review it brought all those angry feeling back to the forefront.

I used this company twice. What an idiot. i was very trusting back then. They moved me locally then nationally. I had the same problems with the office. Not getting straight answers, not getting calls returned, getting different information from different people. All round disorganization. And when they get caught in a lie they get angry and try to make you feel stupid. I happen to be the kind of person who writes everything down. I didn't do it as much back then as I do now but it was experiences with companies like this one that make me the anal person I am today.

These guys moved me locally and that was OK. but the national move was a nightmare. I had the same kind of problems with them saying I would get my items within a week after it left the warehouse. Problem is they didn't leave the warehouse on the day they said it would. Even when it did leave the warehouse it took 10 days to get to me. I had to change my plans in order to be in town for the delivery. Then when they get here the guys could barely speak english. they lost one of my boxes, one suitcase had sports equipment from another order on top of it which punched a huge hole in the suitcase.

And a number of other plastic containers were broken (along with the contents) because they places extremely heavy items from other peoples shipments on top of my stuff. Things that just should not have been done. you don't put a extremely heavy item on top of something that can not support the weight. isn't that packing 101? i guess no one at enterprise took that class. the guys who made the delivery tried to play the I don't understand English card but i didn't go for that. if their drivers don't have a basic understanding of English they shouldn't be driving in this country.

all in all a bad experience. and of course when i tried to call about the missing and damaged items I could never get them on the phone. sorry I ever got connected with these GUYs. I hope this report help someone else not get caught in the web of lies and thievery I did. BEWARE!!!!
