Complaint Review: Enterprise Relocation

I choose Enterprise Relocation for my moving from Cleveland,Ohio to Reno ,Nevada. GA and PA Enterprise are same !! They give me a very cheap quote . I know that they will ask more money later and they ask $1000 extra at the time of pick up. I was ok with that . I paid 900 using credit card and 1000 by check. They pick my items on Dec 18 . Tomorrow is Feb 11 and till now they did not deliver. And whenever i call them they are giving some useless reason. Pathetic situation is the goods are still in PA !!!!

There is no point in complaining on weather condition, because i drive from Cleveland to Reno with my family.I have 18 month old son. we dont have any furniture or bed or mattress. its very cold and my son got sick. I move due to job change and it will take 2 more weeks to get insurance.Asking more money and not delivering on time NOT acceptable. If you search for Enterprise relocation , there is one from GA, they have F grade !. if you look the website address , the guys from Pittsburgh and GA are same. 

I am really fed up and they are keep on giving excuses. I dont know i will get my things back or not.  I am really fed up. I am living with my wife and 18 month old  son with no furniture , TV , bed or mattress for  40 + days 

Please help.
