Enterprise Rent A Car And Lawson Westerman billion dollar corporation that destroy's lives Rip off St Louis, Missouri Lake Worth Florida
In Feb 1999 I was in my truck in a gas station parking lot and the next thing I know I'm waking up in the hospital. I got hit by a U-Haul Trailer that had a 1985 Mustang on it, that came disconnected from Enterprise Rent a Car vehicle, that supposedly an Enterprise employee was driving-Lawson Westermen.
My truck was totaled, I have back, neck and head injuries. I have $27,000 in outstanding medical bills. I have gone through my life savings of $60,000 and my fiance has been supporting me.
Enterprise Rent A Car claims responsibility (according to my attorney) but refuses to pay a dime.
Went to court in March, 2003 Enterprises corporate attorney's (Hightower & Weiser, P.A.)intentially made a mistrail so Enterprise did not have to pay anything. Get this their attorney's threaten me for court cost and attorney's fees, talk about low down scum.
