I rented a Ford mustang on 4/21 returned it 3 hours later as the brakes were not working, advised the manager about it while i was waiting for a new car they rented the car to someone else. Then they gave me an impala that was having issues I tried to return it for a comparable car but they had no cars they said they would call when they had more in and no one called back. On Sunday 4/24/11 the car died on the 101 north, I contacted the number on the rental agreement and they sent a tow truck I asked to have a new car but they said all there locations were closed, I asked if I could get a ride home and I was told to CALL A FRIEND! They left me stranded on a corner until a friend was able to pick me up to top it off I had to find a ride to work and missed Easter dinner.
