ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR False claim of damage by Enterprise on Rental Cars?, Internet
I rented a car from enterprise rent a car in Toronto downtown for a day in Oct 2009. I am a member of their blue chip program.
I returned the car promptly to their location. the car was checked by their agent in person. a reciept issued and then after a month they claim it had damage.
since then they are harrassing me to pay them $297 for it.
this is a scam. there was no damage.
what happened between the time i returned the car on 10/23/2009 and the picture they took and sent on 10/26/2009 is their problem.
