I have received mail from Enterprise that I have disputed because it is a false damage claim.  I know what Enterprise is up to and I have read all about it.  St Louis, Missouri branch has been the worst experience of my life.  We have been loyal customers for years and I assure you that we have been far from insulted by this company to every come back or ever allow anyone we know use them.  Its very unfortunate because we have exclusively given them our business.

We have never had this problem until we rented from the St Louis branch.  It was raining before we got the car so we were waiting inside the lobby along with everyone else.  When it did stop raining we got in the car and went along our way.  We returned the car and the employee told us that we were good to go and everything was fine.

Now I have received a bill for $1,145.00 for HAIL DAMAGES.  This is absurd.  It never hailed when the car was under our control in fact I will go so far as to say that this branch is INTENTIONALLY lying and pulling this SCAM.  I have been reading all about it and all of the lawsuits and cases that have been recovered for the innocent victims.  Better yet when I spend my whole day trying to get ahold of managers and continually get hung up on I become furious.  They play this game where they send you a bill and then never allow the employees of the company to talk to the customer because they know they would be found guilty lying and deceiving their loyal customers.

I am sick and tired of being thrown around by this company and I will issue a subpoena as of tomorrow if I do not hear back.  Next step is small claims.

If this issue continues to be falsely accused of our family then I will contact:Andrew Taylor- Chairman and CEO
Pamela Nicholson- President and Chief Operating Officer
William Snyder- CFO and Executive VP
Lee Broughton- Enterprise Spokesperson

This company is getting quite a reputation for pulling this stunt(read all the reports filed here). They tried the same thing with me several years ago, but it didn't work. Since then I've made sure not to ever rent a car from them when it's dark or cloudy so you can see every little scratch. And make sure to walk all around the car inspecting it WITH a person from the company. Also write down every little thing you see, it probably wouldn't  hurt for the employee to do the same. I'm not sure he/she would, though.
