Enterprise Rent-A-Car Made me spend half a day trying to fix their tire Houston, Texas
I picked up a rental car at the George Bush International Airport in Houston Texas for a 3 day conference. Picked up 2 nails on the freeway on the 2nd day of the conference. Didn't have a lot of time to sit around at a tire shop while they did a flat repair, so I went to not 1 but 2 different enterprise locations to swap vehicles. I was turned away empty handed, and at the second location was given poor directions to a contracted tire shop. 4 hours later, I finally had the car back in shape, missing a SIGNIFICANT portion of my conference. When I complained to Enterprise about my poor experience, their only answer was "We're sorry, but we'll do better next time!", uh... I'm sorry, you see there wont be a "next time"...

Uh oh, looks like Genelle got thrown under the bus. Must be getting very crowded under there.
