Unbelievably poor service.  Take two of the worst reputations- the used car salesman and the rent a car agent - put them together and you get the gems at Paul Conte Cadlac and the Enterprise Rent a Car desk at that location.

 My car was dropped off for service at Conte Cadillac and was given a rental from the Enterprise desk there.  Got a call the next day from Conte saying they wouldn't be fixing my car anytime soon ('Shocking') so I went back to pick up my car and drop off the rental.  I'd much rather drive my nice cadillac than the rental.  Of course, the rental was in the EXACT same shape as the day before when I picked it up.  It was early and no one from Enterprise was there so I left it on Conte's lot and took my car and left. Easy, right?

Noooooo, I got a call three days later saying there was $1,000 dent in the rental and I had to pay. You gottabefuggin kidding me right? Numerous calls to Conte Caddilac (useless as t***s on a bull) and back and forth with Enterprise ruined my month. James Blasi, area manager from Enterprise, was going "to look into it".  He never called me back after numerous additional calls.  Serious dirtbag.  

Bottom line, STAY Away from Conte Caddilac and DEFINITELY do not trust anyone, especially James Blasi, at Enterprise Rent a Car.  I am 73 yrs old and am planning on suing Enterprise since they have now sent my bill to collections.

Yes, it is true, I have James Blasi on tape saying he knew I was not responsible for the damage to the car.  A real Beaut, isn't he?
