ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR RIP OFF AND DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENCE Humble Texas
I have rented cars from this company before but it seems like times are getting rough.. My sister recently got her car stolen so the insurance company issued a rental veicle and it we picked it up from Enterprise...I put the rental under my name...I was asked if i wanted to put insurance on the rental car for like 16 dollars a day and i had to catch my breath right quick and said NO so there was no insurance on the car only our personal insurance..Well come to find out that after returnnng the car 2 days later we get a letter from enterprice charging me for 7 days worth of their inhouse insurance...MMMMM I was like what why would i cover the car for 7 days when we had the car for over a months makes sence.. 7 days of insurance vs over a month of having the car.... i wish people would stop trying to get over you and charge you for something you never asked for... some help would be great ....
