Complaint Review: Enterprise Rent A Car

I recently needed to rent a car while mine was being repaired.I called around and was given a quote from Enterprise for $20.00 a day.

When I went to pick up the car I had to pay a $300.00 deposit that they never told me about. I had the car for 7 days at what should have been $20.00 a day which totaled about $140.00 plus tax.

When I returned the car they advised me that I owed them an additional $360.00 for the rental. Instead of charging me the $20.00 a day as I was promised they charged me $20.00 a day for two days and the rest was at $38.00 a day.

When I asked about the change Russ advised me that I was never told that they would only charge me $20.00 a day, but that was the only reason that I rented from them in the first place.They refused to give me the money I should have been due and demanded that I leave the business.

I will never rent from this cheating sorry excuse for a company again.
