Enterprise Rent -a-car Small car, only 15 miles aways took them 1hour to get us, charged me $39.99 a day, live 110 mlies away was told i had to bring it back to them, had to rent other car to get home Salinas California
I broke down 110 miles away from home called enterprise in Salinas to get a car i was 15 miles away it took them 1 hour to get us. I was left standing in a parking lot with my wife and luggage. I ask for a mid size car they give me a small aveo and charged me $39.99 a day and was told that was there BIGGEST one they had. Also i told them i needed to turn the car into Atascadero, Ca. it is only 3 blocks from my house i was told no that i had to bring it back to them. I ask them how was i getting back home? they said how about a BUS that would take 6 hours to get home they laughed. So i had to rent from a differnt car Company to get home. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.
