i reserved a car online 4/12/12 for 4/13/12 to 4/16/12 for my birthday weekend. I went to pickup my reserved vechicle on the 13th of april, the representative was Travis who waited on me immediately I noticed that Travis had an attitude towards me and was being very rude and insulting to me no go customer service skills at all. I gave him my reservation number to lookup my online confirmation and I also gave travis a free upgrade coupon for a bigger car, unforunately this made him even more angry and he then began aggressively hitting the keys on his computer.

I tried to lighten the animosity by making conversation with him but this seemed to make him even more angry and rude so I just decidfed to go along with the program just be quiet and get my car and leave. Travis asked if I was going to use their insurance while renting there car I stated that I have always used my own insurance because it covers me in whatever car I am driving, Travis then ask me for my proof of insurance. I then went to my car and got my insurance card and gave it to Travis. Travis took it upon himself to call my insurance company and ask was I insured through them and what my deductible was and how much I was insured for accidents coverage.

After he got off the phone I told him that I had never been treated like this before he stated it was a new policy and stated that if I had an accident in the rental I would have to pay a 500 dollar deductible. Then Travis began asking me were I worked and what my income was and things of this nature it was really insulting and embarassing to be treated this way. I ask him about my free upgrade because i was entitled to a free upgrade  he told me that I would have to pay to get the free upgrade I then ask if I was going to get my points for my rental he told me no.

So I was refused my free upgrade and my member points. At this point I just wanted to get my rental and leave I ask what car I would be getting and he told me the black caliber for some reason my gut told me I didnt want that car so i ask again about my free upgrade because there were five cars available for my free upgrade he told me I would have to pay to get the free upgrade. I decided to stop tryng and just take the car he was willing to give me. We went outside to inspect the car and travis was going around the car so fast we could hardly keep up with him and pretended to make marks on the car for dents and damages.

After he did the inspection he rushed me to sign the paperwork. It had been a bad experience and I just wanted to leave. Upon leaving enterprise I noticed that the car rode a little rough but I thougt that was the way it drove. I left enterprise and followed my daughter who was driving my car to have my car serviced up the road a ways. I was told it would take an hour to and hour and a half to get the car serviced so we decided to wait so my dauhgter and myself sat in the rental and waited for them to finish my car.

After they finished my car my daughter followed me from there to the safeway so that I could get some refreshment for my road trip to tulip casino. I and my daughter parked next to each other and I got out the rental and my boyfriend who was with me stayed in the rental after I came out the store I gave my daughter gas money for my car and we went our separate ways. I started driviing north on sunset road and noticed that the car was barelyat T making it up the hill so I decided to take the car back to enterprise to trade it for a different one.

As soon as pulled into the lot I noticed that Travis was outside with other customers and another employee before I could park the car travis started screaming she wrecked the car thats why she back. Travis and the other employee ran over to the car and ask how i wrecked the car I explained to them that I had wrecked the car it just wasnt driving right they told me that I had wreck the car and that I needed to give them a 500 deductible to get a new rental car. I wasnt going to argue with them so I took it upon myself to call the police and file a report I was told to stay out of the building the police can did a report and I was left stranded at enterprise because they refused me a rental for a ride home I stayed stranded there for at least two hours.
