Complaint Review: Enterprise Rental Car

My husband rented a car from enterprise rental car in augusta nj. When returning the car they checked it over, and claimed he damaged it. They found this tiny little mark on bumper, which you could only see if you looked a certain direction, and could have been there for a long time!!

He argued with them, and was told that they are trained in finding damage!! So , now we have to go thru all this aggravation. When I called and spoke to this woman, she said, well our staff is well trained finding damage!

What are they going to do, come out with a ruler and see how much tire tread you used and charge you for new tires? There has to be a reasonable amount of wear on a vehicle expected.

They did ask my husband what his deductible was when he rented the car, and they did know our credit card would cover something like this. So, what do we do?
This is out and out fraud!!! This company needs to be stopped. Can't we start a class action suit or something? If anyone has any info that could help please contact me.
