Enterprise ripoff San Diego California
I paid this company $600.00 as a deposit for my car rental. I did not use a credit card but cash instead. I informed them at the time of the rental that I did not know when I would be returning the car because my car was totaled in an accident. It seems like my deposit isn't good enough. They have called my house and work on a daily basis to demand more money.
I spoke to my attorney and she cannot understand why they would want more money. I have given them what I had including my grocery money. They just don't care. If they are willing to put money on a credit card and you pay when you return the car, why don't they just hold the deposit until I return the car. I was told that they put $300.00 on hold. They have $600.00 What is wrong with this picture?
