Enterprise Rude,poor customer service, horrible professionalism Greensboro North Carolina
For the month of July 24th 2013 I made reservations to rent a vehicle. prior to this incident I had made the call two weeks in advance making sure that my reservactions was set.
Now today is July 24 I have no car and will be absent for a very important business meeting all because of poor professionalism from the enterprise service.
