Complaint Review: ENTERTAIMENT*REWARDS

Today, I found a strange charge $9 from "ENTERTAIMENT *REWAR877-793-6866" or "ENTERTAIMENT*REWARDS" on my credit card activity in August. I do know "ENTERTAIMENT-LINK" which is famous for Broadway tickets and I love to use, however, I have no idea to use their service in August. The charge acturely began in the end of May. As the amound was small and I have been using "ENTERTAIMENT-LINK", which does charge similar amount to the customer, I did not realize that this was related to some kind of fraud. I googled "ENTERTAIMENT REWARDS" and found a lot of people suffered this RIP-OFF. FYI, AmericanExpress quickly accepted my claim of $9 x 4months and the person in charge did know the increasing calls claiming "ENTERTAIMENT REWARDS" as fraud. I did use Ticketmaster.com in the begining of May, however, I have never approved Ticketmaster.com to disclose my credit card infotmation to the third party.

Does anyone knoe who should be responsible for this incident?
