I purchased concert tickets online from ticketmaster.com in May 2005. In June and July I received $9.00 charges on my credit card from "Entertainment Rewards".

As another individual has reported, I never heard of them. They claim that when I purchased the concert tickets I also purchased a subscription to their coupon service (which I never received, never had access to, and never even knew I was supposed to have access to).

I too called them and disputed the charges and they refuse to issue a refund. Not until I threatened to contact the Attorney General's office in the state of Michigan did I receive a credit for $18. It's a good thing I received my credit. Otherwise, this was not an empty promise. I would call the Attorney General's office. I have done so before with results.

This is an unscrupulous business practice and MUST be ceased.

If I go online to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster, why do I have to put up with other "offers." I went online for tickets. Nothing further. Ticketmaster must take some responsibility for putting its customers in a vulnerable position to have to read extra fine print. I wanted tickets. No entertainment rewards, no food rewards, no gas rewards, no music rewards, no nothing. This confusing problem could have been avoided had Ticketmaster not teamed up with this "service."
