Complaint Review: Entertainment Rewards

I puchased tickets through Ticketmaster.com. Entertainment Rewards had a spot on this website, wanting me to purchase their services. I clicked on the button that said 'no thanks'. One month later, I have a charge of $9.00 on my account. When I call the number given to me by my bank, it goes through a list of services.

I called my bank and I am disputing this charge. My bank has cancelled my credit/debit card in the process, so they it can no longer be used. This is a terrible hassle and inconvenience to me. Finding 'Rip-Off-Report', I am surprised that people are still having this trouble with this company. It would seem that this company would have been fined, or shut down for compromising peoples accounts.
