Complaint Review: Entertainment Rewards

I too was a victim of Entertainment Rewards. I recently bought tickets through Ticketmaster and I got enrolled in this reward program where I got nothing except a $9.00 charge on my bank statement. The kicker is when I bought the tickets I used a different Credit Card than the one they charged for the Rewards program, therefore Ticketmaster gave out my credit card number to an outside source when it says specifically in the privacy policy that my information will not be given out.

Anyhow when I tried to get this removed thought Ticketmaster the supervisor was very rude insisting that I enrolled in the program. She gave me the number to Entertainment Rewards and when I called it it was a SEX HOTLINE! And I had the phone on speaker so my husband could hear and my 4 year old son was in the room! Needless to say I deleted my Ticketmaster account and will no longer be purchasing tickets online.
