Entirely Pets Entirely Pets unethical Norfolk Nationwide
Recently I placed an order with Entirely Pets. Sadly one week later my dog died. I emailed the company and explained the situation. They emailed back the instructions: refuse the package and I would receive a refund when the package is returned.I did not sign for the package.
One month later they issued me a small credit. They charged me $200.00, claiming that the package was damaged....A package I never saw, signed for, or received.
Each time I speak to a representative, they agree that its not ethical, but will not give any compensation.
Summary....I was charged $200.00 for receiving nothing, and following instructions from a rep from entirely pets.com TOTAL RIPOFF
