EntirelyPets.com double charge on shipping when calculating refund amount Fremont California

I purchased 12 ulcerguard from this company (total $377.98) and had to return 11 of them. ($377.98 divided by 12 = $31.49 times 11 = $346.39) Then they subtracted a $10.00 off coupon I used online, so now we are down to $336.39. On the original order I had overnight shipping at a rate of $34.95 however this was added to the $377.98 not included in that price. So the total original order was $377.98 - $10.00 + $34.95 = $402.93. When calculating my refund they are taking the $336.39 and SUBTRACTING $34.95 shipping (this is where I have a problem since that figure does not include the shipping I paid for) and then calculating my 20% restocking fee.

If they are doing this to every online or catalog refund they are stealing a lot of money from a lot of people!

Also, UPS tracking said they received my package back on 10/03/08 and when I called on 11/18/08 they said they had just issued my credit the day before. It's funny how you get charged immediately when they ship you something but when you return something it take forever to get your money back.
