EntirelyPets double billing credit card failing to refund money after months of promises to do so ripoff Internet

Entirelypets.com claimed they had "accidently" sent the wrong medication and they would be sending the correct one immediatley. In the meantime they charged my credit card for both products.

I returned the wrong medication in mid-may. First they claimed they never got the return, then finally "found it" at the end of April.

Since April 23, 207 I have been waiting for my credit card to be refunded. I have been promised it would be taken care of MANY times. It is the end of June and I am STILL WAITING.
