Complaint Review: Entrance Furniture

They delivered used and damaged merchandise late when i was told i would be getting new items. Also one of the items, a chair, literally broke in half after less then two months. Company is now saying they dont give returns or refunds when it clearly states on the back of the receipt that i signed "Refunds: Credit card refunds will be made by a credit to the account on which the purchase was originakky charged. No cash refunds,"
Their sales people are rude and unwilling to help after they get your money and the furniture is cheap and not even worth the bargain prices.
