Envato Sold me a not working website theme and wouldn't refund
I bought a website Wordpress theme on Envato theme forest, which didn't work and didn't correspond to the description.
They wouldn't refund me nor help me replace the file, even after the opening of a copmplaint that took several weeks.
Furthermore, my credits left on my Envato account has been wiped out after a year. Monies taken for no service rendered: Beware!
