Complaint Review: Enversa

 While working for this company, It use to be called Gulf Media Solutions Then Became Corner World But when Calling customers we went by many names, Enversa, Front Page Leases.ect
  
We were made quickly to sign something without reading it that said something about we were 1099, They told us that was only for the first week, And then we would be paid min plus commission, They also said it was illegal for them not to pay us min wage because we were working in the office everyday and expected to be there on time. Every day the paper work was not ready yet. So instead they only paid us 150 a week, each week. Saying any day now the paperwork would be ready. Yet we had to be there from 9-5 mon - fri.
 
When I first arrived I watched them fire all there old employees complaining that they were not producing any good appointments.
 
When ever we asked about deals that we set up they were suppose to close,  we were  either answered with it didn't go though, or they couldn't get in touch with them for payment , or it  should be in tomorrow always tomorrow. I believe they use people for as long a they can until they fire you or you get so frustrated with  the lies and no money you quit. They close the deals and keep the money. 
  
For any Business that has received all call from any of these company's about selling a domain or free web site analysis, I would recommend using another company if they treat there employees this way I can only imagine what will happen in the long run being a customer (also the free analysis is just a way to get you on the phone so they can sell you something.)

 When investigating the company I found out  Corner world Corporation(" the company" ) consummated the February 3 2011 Settlement Agreement With Mr Ned Timmer by making a payment of 6.0 million among other things. He had been the Director since  February 23 2009.

The company raised the proceeds necessary to make the payment by entering into several new financial agreements on March 30 2011 the Company's S Squared L.L.C and Enversa Companies L.L.C operating entered into a 5 million dollar credit agreement with Emerald Crest Capital Partners 11, LP and Pacific Specialty Insurance Company, This is among many loans the company took out.
I'm just sick of typing. I wasted enough of my time on this company.

 Divisions as of April 30th 2011show that the directors and executive officers held a total 41,694,544 shares of common stock entitled to vote, representing 27.6 % of the outstanding shares of common stock.  Scott Beck19.6%,  Marc Blumberg 2.7%,  Marc Pickren 3.9 % V.Chase McCrea 111 2.2%.  Other stock holders ( IU holdings, LLC 32.9%. Internet University Inc 14%. IU holdings 11, LP 6%) total executive officers , Directors and Affiliates amount of common stock 120,850,605 These owners , directors or whatever you want to call them are making anywhere between 200,000 and 400,000 a year with there salary stock options and so on.

 Mr Beck and Mr Mcrea  if for any reason are terminated they will recieve  the remaining payment for the full amount of base salary for the full three year period contract. any bonus amount due any vacation amount accrued in a lump sum payment on date of termination and the lump sum payment of 1 million dollars within10 days of termination!
